The API Front

Here's a few APIs that have come to my attention recently.
Brave Search API
Brave announced last week that its search API has reached more than 700,000 OpenClaw users. The would seem like the ideal API for the kind of work that I'm trying to with this blog. Alas, it costs money that I can't really spare these days. But you can for $5 per 1000 requests, and you can view the documentation for free.
WebMCP
Model context protocol (MCP) is an open-source protocol for AI to connect to external data sources. A few months ago, Chrome announced an early preview for the WebMCP spec. Chrome has created a number of AI specs, which you an access through the early preview link.
Since this site doesn't have documentation for WebMCP, I've generated reference pages using Claude. It lacks bells and whistles, but it's something.
